1. Collins Day Tours reserves the right to change the advertised route in case of unsafe or blocked road conditions. 2. Due to the nature of this service, we will not be responsible if the service leaves or arrives later than the advertised time. 3. Departure times given by guide/driver are exact. Please follow departure times / locations as directed by our guide/driver. Collins Day Tours will not be responsible if passengers miss the departure time. 4. Whilst the highest measures are employed, passengers travel at their own risk - liability for any claim is limited to the price of the ticket. Cancellation policy Full refund if cancelled 24 hrs prior to departure (web site bookings only) 100% cancellation fee if less than 24 hrs or in the case of 'no show'
